Confidence Happiness Evwodere is a cultural researcher and project manager at diversophy® who contributes to decolonising intercultural competence training by centring African perspectives. She designs games and training tools that use play to break stereotypes, create safe dialogue, and reframe global conversations about culture. Her experiences with diverse cultures, especially in the Nordic region and among other African communities, have deepened her appreciation for cultural diversity. She believes that the more we learn about and appreciate other cultures, the more we come to value our own. Having seen how often people are labelled and misjudged through stereotypes and assumptions, Confidence is driven by a conviction that every person deserves to be known and understood rather than categorised and judged. For her, understanding is crucial to shaping a more humane world.
