Born and raised in Colombia and having graduated in Chile, Ximena has so far lived and worked in many countries. She is a TCK, an expat mom and wife raising TCKs, and a professional constantly reinventing herself. She has a wide range of experiences to draw from and her culturally open mind loves new encounters.

Currently she is an intercultural trainer for Global leadership in Bucharest Romania, founder of the International Women’s Association’s Entrepreneur Platform and a mentor with the Professional Women’s Network Program.
